Many people who work and live in another country get letters, forms and deadlines they do not fully understand, in a language that is not theirs. Konfirmu helps in three steps: it explains what a document says, helps you decide what to do and by when, and keeps everything together so nothing is lost.

- Check the sender and whether you already sent the form. Keep any proof of sending.

- If you have already sent it, ask the sender to confirm receipt. Otherwise check which form is required before responding.
